AI for business one account for the whole team
One account for the whole team, on one shared credit. You decide which tools each member can use and how much they may spend a month; the sales, support and content tools are in the same account.
AI for Teams and Businesses — One Account, One Credit, Full Control
When several people in one company use AI, each of them usually buys a separate subscription: the costs scatter, nobody knows who spent how much, and every tool has its own account and its own bill. DeepFA for Business brings all of that into one account.
Team members sign in with their own accounts but use your account’s shared credit. For each member you decide which groups of tools they can use — text and chat; images, video and music; voice; and speech to text — and, if you like, you set a monthly cap on their spending so the cost always stays under control.
Next to the content tools, the tools that help sales and support directly are in the same account: an AI CRM for contacts and deals, auto reply for DMs and comments, a website chatbot that answers from your business’s information, and a video ad studio. If you have a technical team, the DeepFA API brings AI into your own software.
The team manager always knows where the credit went. For any span of dates — this month, last month, the last seven or thirty days or any dates you pick — the team usage report shows how much each member spent and which tools the credit went on, and at the start of each month a summary of the previous month is emailed to the manager. You add or remove members whenever you like, and change each person’s access and cap.
The cost is clear too: every tool — from chat and writing to images, video, dubbing and voiceover — runs on one single credit, the cost of each job is shown before it starts, and a job that fails returns its credit automatically. Every payment’s invoice can be downloaded from the account.
Why a DeepFA team account?
The whole team works with AI; the cost and the access stay in your hands.
One credit for the whole team
Instead of everyone buying their own credit, everyone uses the account’s shared credit, and buying and reporting stay in one place.
A monthly cap for each member
Set how much credit each person may use a month; the cost never gets away from you.
Separate access to the tools
Text and chat; images, video and music; voice; speech to text — switch each on or off for each member.
Every tool in one account
From writing and translation to images, video, dubbing and voiceover, and the sales and support tools — without several separate subscriptions.
The cost of each job, before it starts
The cost of each job is shown before it runs, and a job that fails returns its credit automatically.
An invoice for every payment
Every payment’s invoice can be downloaded from the account, for the company’s books.

How to bring AI into a team
Start with the most repetitive job
The best place to start is the job the team repeats every day: answering the same questions, writing captions, preparing product descriptions or turning meetings into text. Once that one job is shortened with AI, the time saved shows in the first week, and the team gets to know the tools.
AI makes the draft, the team decides
AI is fast at first drafts, summaries and repetitive work, but judging accuracy, the brand’s voice and the final call stay with people. The teams that get the most out of it treat the output as a starting point and spend the time freed on quality and new ideas.
Keep the cost under control from day one
Before everyone gets every tool, switch on only the access groups each person needs and set a monthly cap. At the end of each month the team usage report shows which tools did the most work, and you set the next month’s budget from that.
If you have your own software, use the API
For a business with its own site, app or internal software, the DeepFA API gives developers the same text, image, voice and video models directly, so AI works inside your own product.
