DeepFA Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, who it is shared with, and what control you have over it. By using our services you accept this policy.
1. What we collect
Account information: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and records of your subscription and payments. Card details are never stored by us; payments are handled by authorised gateways.
The content you give the tools: the text you write, files you upload for analysis or transcription, images and audio you generate or upload, and the contacts you enter into the CRM. This data is kept in order to run the request and to show you your history.
Technical information: your IP address, browser type and request time, for security and abuse detection.
API usage records: for every request made with an API key we record the endpoint, model name, token counts, credit spent, response status, duration and IP address, so that you can see your usage and we can explain your bill. The body of your request and response is not stored in these records.
2. How we use it
The information collected is used to provide and improve the services, to meter credit and produce invoices, for support, to prevent abuse and to meet legal requirements. We do not use your content to train our own AI models.
3. Model providers
DeepFA does not train AI models itself; it uses models from the leading providers in the field. To run your request, the content you enter is sent to the provider of whichever model you selected, and their processing of it is governed by their own privacy policy. The model you choose therefore determines which provider receives your data; the current list of available models and the provider behind each is on the API page.
4. Sharing
DeepFA does not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties, except to the providers necessary to deliver the service (model providers, the payment gateway and hosting infrastructure) or where we are legally required to.
5. Retention and deletion
Your generated content and conversation history are kept until you delete them or close your account. You can delete individual items from the dashboard, or delete your account entirely. After account deletion your data is removed; financial and invoice records are retained for as long as the law requires.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your language and theme, and for simple traffic measurement. Disabling cookies may make signing in impossible.
7. Security
We use standard measures to protect information against unauthorised access, misuse and disclosure; API keys are stored hashed and cannot be recovered after they are created. No system, however, can guarantee complete security.
8. Children
DeepFA's services are not designed for people under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may change over time. If a change is material we will notify you by email or by a notice on the site.
10. Contact
If you have a question about this policy, or want to update or delete your information, please use the Contact Us page.
