DeepFA Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using DeepFA's services you accept these terms. If you do not agree with part of them, please do not use the services.

1. General

Users must use DeepFA's services lawfully and within the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Use of the services must not infringe the rights of others, including copyright, privacy or other intellectual property rights. You are responsible for everything done with your account, and you may not transfer your account or your access to anyone else.

2. Account security

Keeping your account and password secure is your responsibility. If you notice any suspicious activity you must tell us immediately. Using someone else's account is prohibited for any reason.

3. Credit, payment and refunds

DeepFA's services run on credit, held in four units: writing credit for text models, media credit for images and video, characters for text-to-speech and minutes for transcription. The cost of every operation is shown to you before it runs.
The allowance included with a monthly plan expires at the end of the period. Credit bought as a prepaid pack does not expire and stays on your account until it is spent.
API pack credit is sold at a thinner margin and is spendable through an API key only; it is not available in the tools inside the dashboard. The reverse does apply: your plan and prepaid credit can be spent through the API.
Credit that has been spent is not refundable. A refund request for unspent credit, if any, is reviewed through support.

4. Using the API

An API key is equivalent to your password and keeping it safe is your responsibility. Do not place a key in browser-side code or a public repository, and revoke it from the API page immediately if it leaks. Every request made with your key is charged to your account, even if someone else sent it.
Each key carries a per-minute request limit, and you may also set a daily and monthly credit ceiling on it. Attempting to circumvent these limits, creating accounts in bulk to collect free credit, or reselling raw model access as a competing gateway is not permitted. Building products and services on top of the DeepFA API is welcome.
Your requests are forwarded to the model providers, and your use is also subject to those providers' usage policies.

5. Generated content

The rights to use the output you generate belong to you; DeepFA claims no ownership over it. At the same time, AI models may produce similar output for similar input, so uniqueness is not guaranteed.
You are responsible for publishing and using the output. Producing content that infringes the rights of others, impersonates real people, or is used to deceive, threaten or harm is prohibited and may result in your account being suspended.

6. Prohibited use

Unlawful use: use of DeepFA's services must not breach the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Prohibited content: users must not generate or publish content that is unlawful, unethical, abusive or infringing on the rights of others.
Intrusion attempts: any attempt at unauthorised access to systems, destruction of data or breach of DeepFA's security is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

7. Accuracy and user responsibility

DeepFA continually works on the accuracy, reliability and performance of its services. Even so, because of the nature of machine learning, output may sometimes be incorrect or incomplete. Assessing the accuracy of output is your responsibility, and we recommend reviewing it before relying on it for a sensitive decision. DeepFA is not responsible for misuse of the information provided.

8. Service availability

DeepFA depends on external providers, and a model may become temporarily or permanently unavailable because of a change or an outage on the provider's side. We will try to offer a suitable replacement, but continued access to any particular model is not guaranteed.

9. Suspension and termination

If these terms are breached we may suspend your account and cancel your subscription. In such cases amounts already paid are not refunded.

10. Indemnity, disclaimer and limitation of liability

10.1 Your indemnity: you agree to hold DeepFA and its partners harmless against any claim, damage or cost arising from your use of the services, your generated content, or your breach of these terms.
10.2 Disclaimer: DeepFA's services are provided "as is". We make no guarantee about performance, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
10.3 Limitation of liability: DeepFA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

11. Changes to these terms

DeepFA may update these terms over time. If a change is material we will notify you by email or by a notice on the site, and your continued use means you accept the new version.

12. Disputes

Any dispute arising from use of the services will first be addressed through good-faith discussion, and referred to the competent legal authorities if no agreement is reached.
