Terms and Conditions of Using DeepFa
1. General Rules
- Users are required to use DeepFa services legally and in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- Use of the services must not result in the violation of others’ rights, including copyright, privacy, or other intellectual property rights.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account and may not share your access or account with others.
2. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. If you notice any suspicious activity, you must notify us immediately.
- Using another person’s account for any reason is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Uses
- Violation of Iranian Law: Using DeepFa services must not violate the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

- Unauthorized Access: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, damage data, or compromise DeepFa’s security is prohibited and may result in legal action.

DeepFa assumes no responsibility for any misuse of the provided information.

DeepFa services are provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees. We and our licensors do not make any commitments regarding the performance, accuracy, safety, or reliability of the services. We also do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free. Users assume full responsibility for using the services and must evaluate any associated risks.
7.3. Limitation of Liability
DeepFa and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if such damages result from loss of profits, data, or access to services. DeepFa’s liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid during your subscription for the claimed service. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid.
